I started this business primarily because of friends and family consistently calling out my creativity and passion for the art of charcuterie. It makes me proud and fulfills me when I am able to be creative and at the same time use that creativity to give people a conversation piece at their next date night, event, or gathering. Who said you shouldn't play with your food?
